Default intake questions

i am planning on purchasing an intake.
i dont want an aem. (see: its ugly as sin)

i am thinking a cooling plate and some sort of air duct.

i have an AP2. what duct/cooling plate combo does not require hood modifications.

Try this one,it should fit,and does not require hood modifications.
It will provide cold air,and less restriction,if you use a good air filter(mine is a J.R.),and a ram air effect at speed,if you add an air scoop behind the grill.(homemade,see "Dolebludger" thread)
Plus,it looks good,and is affordable.
