I agree with Flyin Wedge. This is a no brainer purchase.

You'll find this mod to be even more effective. I have them and Sev (Montreal) tried to market these a while back but the attachment system is the biggest road block. I wish him luck in finding a quick and simple method.

Viper, the plastic around the roll bars has a notch in it where the two pieces of plastic meet.To me that looks like to perfect spot to install another piece of lexan but the question is will it stay in at speed because that notch is not very deep.I was thinking a piece of lexan at half the thickness of the headrest piece may work if one could figure out a way to "jimmy" it into place. In my mind I know exactly what it should look like but making it happen is something else.I think you posted a pic once of something you installed in that area,correct?...one more thing,I dont know if you have anything in your headrests now to help with the wind but if you don't Major's thingy's work great and only cost $20.00

I have the Davies headrests in that slot.
Re: the roll hoop slot. It is possible to wedge a very thin piece in there but the shape of the piece has to be very precise. However, too thin and the piece may blow out. Next time you're out driving at speed, put your hand in front of the passenger side roll hoop hole. Air comes through there quite strongly. Looking at the Helm manual, the roll bar trim piece is not an easy disassembly. I thought one could see if the trim could be split apart to insert the lexan but it may not come apart without damage. It looks like the whole trim piece lifts straight up after a bunch of other stuff is removed first. My pieces are silicone sealed in place so they are a more permanent mod. Also the silicone bead may be too "unattractive" for most people.

That's the look Viper but w/o the silicone bead.I've worked with silicone in the past with projects around the house and find it tough to work with many times.

My goal is to come up with an easy to do "clean" install.
In that I mean an install that can be removed with no permanent damage or marks.
I'm working on it!!!

Anyway, I still have more of the headrest wind blockers if anybody is interested! (Only $20)

Thanks!
