Interest in headrest wind blocker made of Lexan?
Is it normal for the seatback panel to not quite snap in properly, due to the thickness of the lexan? Mine seem OK for now, but they didn't feel like the clips on the covers quite clicked-in.
The back of my neck thanks you, MajorHavoc!

Mine are the same and have not moved or come loose at all!
So, I don't think it'll be an issue.
I'm glad you and your neck like it!!
I installed mine over the weekend, its seems as if there is less turbulence inside the car even while driving with the top up and the window(s) down.I was thinking the same thing while reinstalling the back of the headreast as some others.Felt a "snap" when I removed them, but not when I put them back together...but they look as if they fit properly.
If I find that it bugs me, or if it starts popping off over bumps or something, I was thinking that it should be possible to remove the plate that has the snaps (that's screwed to the seats), and add a washer around each screw under the plate, pushing the clips outward a bit more. That should compensate for the extra thickness. It seems like it'll be OK, it'll be a quick fix if it needs it.
