I hope that is a photoshop because that would be something I could not imagine seeing!

 

You should have taken a picture from the other side so we can see what it looks like. From this side, it looks like another mirror, but I don't understand what additional view it will give over the existing side mirror. If it is a mirror, it would be interesting to know if it can be adjusted remotely, and from where.

On the other hand, it could just be a TV monitor so the occupants can watch TV while driving, or a navigation display, or a thousand other things.
