Interesting.......while doing my weekly oil checvk I notice the oil is still at H Mark

I got the oil change done last time at the same time as SC install. When I was N/A it would just go down a minuscule amount every 3 weeks or so. Usually at the first tick or at the mark between H and first tick. It annoyed me since I like to be topped off. So I would awlasy pour a lil back in to refill. Of course this is normall as the s2k burns oil but with wow nice benefit with the SC, someone I'm not seeing as much oil burn off

 

the s2k burns oil? In the 13 months I've owned my car i've never seen any oil difference, in color or level.

 

where have you been in the s2k world

 

Mine has also never burned any oil (knock on wood).

 

mine doesnt burn either. i gave it a very rough breakin, i blame it on that

 

No oil burn here either. Not before the SC install or after.

 

How many miles have you driven in the course of those thirteen months? Isn't it abnormal for the oil NOT to change color?

My S burns oil @ a constant 1QT/1500 mile.

i've read that the engine uses a little oil each time you VTEC, so if you don't VTEC often maybe that's why your oil has remained constant?

 

Mine go through a 1 quart every 3k miles
