With an Invidia, you won't hear a difference anyway.

It is a piece of open pipe that replaces the catalytic converter.

Invidia =

Invidia + test pipe =

Actually, it isn't much louder. And the Invidia really isn't that loud. If you have the wimpy stock radio, then yes, it's loud. The CEL is handled by way of a mechanical-type oxygen sensor trick. I forget the actual part that is used(stupid cheap- less than $5) but essentially it backs the O2 sensor a little farther out of the test pipe. Works great.

For the record, I drove from the DC-area to San Antonio and back with this setup(no sc at the time). I did not loathe the experience.

Sarcasm doesn't translate well in forums.

Hey, I am very curious how that would sound. I have an RSR catback which is very simular to the invida catback. I have a T1R test pipe that I want to install but I dont want to install it if its going to sound worse...

While the Type One Racing test pipe is effective, it is definitely the worst sounding test pipe for the S2000.
