..After VTEC, it sounds more like an exotic racecar...very very awesome.
many installed the stock resonator in it's place and say it kills the drone and makes the exhaust "perfect"..
I love mine. Without silencers it is too much for me, but with them it is a little loud, but just fine for me. I'm 29, btw. I don't think it is "obnoxious loud" with the silencers at all. In fact, older guys say the love the sound. I've never gotten a negative comment. Do the silencers hurt power? I don't know, but I'll bet it still beats the stock 3pass mufflers. Regardless, you save A TON of weight. The Invidia felt like 30lbs or less. The stock system felt more like 70-100.
Girls will definitely find it too loud, though. That is, unless you are the perfect girl for me.

Thats great. Now you've just been told that it sounds "perfect" with the stock resonator? Or do you have the stock resonator installed? The exhaust looks pretty bad ass, but i really wanna hear this thing in person..
Thanks for the help man.

i had it, sold it ..
too loud overall..
with silencers - still too loud w/ drone.
without silencers - deafening, overly loud..
the drone at 4000RPM is killer to those around and inside the car
in my neck of the woods, one owner got ticketed twice for having an "loud exhaust" due to invidia.. he's got 2 court dates and facing fines..
cop magnet so watch out

i've been followed by cops and have never been pulled over, so i guess it depends on a lot of factors.
no, i still have the invidia resonator but i will be cutting the stock one off and have it installed instead.

I listened to the video clip in the library and i have to say that sounds awful. just my opinion but I can't see getting cat back exhausts. They're expensive, they're loud, and they get very little if any power unless you're running more power to begin with. Made this mistake spending $1000 on header and Thermal exhaust on my lude and it was supposed to be the "quiet cat-back" - when in fact after about a year, I couldn't take it anymore. the bassy drone does drive passengers crazy too. it drove ME crazy after a while. And I didn't feel any gains.
I like the way the S2000 sounds stock and I'll put my trust in the honda pipe engineers so long as my S remains stock.

I personally like the look of the invidia but I want the sound close to stock, just a few db's louder. That's basically why I want the fujitsubo; it looks like a stainless stock exhaust and is slightly louder.
