Default Invidia questions...

I've been looking at the Invidia exhaust, as it seems to be the only all-stainless exhaust for the price. I was considering the HKS or Spugen, but the aluminized piping has me worried about durability.

I've heard the droning on the Invidia is supposed to be impossible to handle without a testpipe, but I'm too worried about the fines out here in CA to remove my cat. Does anyone have a sound clip of just the exhaust? Am I crazy to even consider it?

the last thing i'd worry about is the car droning, the exhaust is so loud that your entire brain will be droning.

all stainless for the price... fujitsubo, much higher quality too .. and not deafening.

Do you know a place that sells fujitsubo for a reasonable price? I can find Invidia for $600 online, and HKS or Spugen for $700...

If you want a car to come close to matching the sound of a F1 car, Invidia is tops. Going through tunnels is heartstopping

so true!

the guy a few posts up said it best: i love my invidia, but its LOUD!

im completely used to the noise and droning. i dont find it bad at all anymore. but you definetly have to speak loudly if you have a passenger

there's plenty of people in OC that have it. just find someone and listen to it.

Look at Tanabe. They are the best deal going for the S2000 exhaust-wise. Full stainless, good quality and still somewhat affordable.
