Default Invidia Rattling

The past two days I have heard a loud rattling noise coming from my Invidia G2000 when the car is running. I brought it to a local well known muffler shop and they showed me what it was. On the passenger side, the rivets that connect the tip to the can are loose. Because the tip is loose, it is rattling, especially when I hit 3500 RPMs. What should I do? Thanks!

If it's new get it replaced.
Otherwise, drill the rivets out and refit, IMO it's not a big job.

Thanks. I sent a PM to Jeff to see what he thinks. I agree that it isnt a big job, but I shouldnt have to do any job on an exhaust that I have had for about 3 months. Thanks again for the advice!

I had the same problem. I called Jeff and he was away for SEMA. He never got back to me. I only had it on for like a month when the drivers side tip's rivets came loose. I wasn't that upset that Jeff's company didn't fix the prob because I knew something was coming out of my pocket(shipping, etc...), since I live in FL and that company is in CA. So I drilled the rivets out and replaced them myself. It wasn't hard but it was still a pain in the ass and a problem that shouldn't pop up on a brand new 600 dollar exhaust system.
