I have listen to the invida system on line with the silencers out, are they OK with them in or just still really loud. I am looking to replace my sytem in the next few weeks. Out the seem very loud but look pretty nice. I am also considering the t1r 70r dual or the Magnaflow cat back (this is pretty new). Any input?

 

That's just stupid. Why buy a loud exhaust sytem then put a silencer on it? Keep it loud. It'll piss off the "pigs".

I got invidia and it was loud....i knew that going into it but i kinda was like damn I need to do something about it. So I put the silencers in and it sounded worse (volume not an issue, just thought it sounded ricey) and looked worse! And i got thinking, why did I get an exhaust in the first place? I wanted to hear it.


So i was alright until I got pulled over for it. Long story short Im back to stock now and like the lower profile. Invidia is loud.....if you like it loud get it..

i bought the skunk2, pretty much same exhaust, made by same company, and it screams in vtec. i would say its too loud, but thats the point, and currently i am looking for a louder exhaust.

 

you will notice a huge decrease in response and power with the silencers in. i tried the silencers just for the heck of it, and i noticed the decrease. not only that but it looked like RICE from behind!

if you're going to get an Invidia and use silencers you might as well get an HKS--it won't look as stupid as Invidia+silencers, and it'll be about the same volume. i've had both of the exhausts.
