Default Issues on insurance

Hi guys! I just got here in the states like 5 months ago(came from the Philippines) and you might be able to help me with some concerns.

I'm debating on getting an S2000 but I'm worried about the insurance. I've had my license back from my country since i was 17-18. I'm 23 turning 24 soon. i'm a new driver here in SoCal.

How does this work in insurance? Am I gonna get a high quote for being a new driver? Or are there ways to work around with it?

Thanks everyone!

My guess is, yes you will get a high insurance quote.Just get a hoopty for your daily driver and use the s2000 for a weekend car and you should get a better deal on insurance.

Peace

Also, in one more year when you turn 25 you'll get a big break on the insurance. If you can wait that long, it will be easier to handle.

Btw, NICE TEG! That is HOT!
