It's here, it's here!!!
Let the mods begin!
Beautiful car - aren't the first few minutes of it great? It's here, it's mine! I am biased towards your color combo, but you made a great choice. Notice how the back of the headrests are now a titanium color. Notice the nice architectural details of the car - the side character line, the aggressive front wheel wells and fenders. etc.
By Day 2, I had determined that "perfection + 1" was my strategy:
1) Treated all the carpets with Stoner's carpet protectant
2) hardwired the Valentine 1 into a switched outlet from the fuse block
3) Intsalled Ricks JDM sidemarker lights
4) Improved and installed Ricks front bracket
5) Named my car "Khan" based on the #1701 serial no.
6) Planned next steps: exhaust, intake, plugs, etc.
7) Built an Excel Maintenance spreadsheet
8) Hidden the Valet key in accessible external location
9) Done a complete visual inspection top to bottom: looking for leaks, checking bolt tightness (including the wheel nuts)
10) checked all pressures and fluid levels
11) Begun to get to know the car's layout and the terminology Honda uses to allow a common language for asking questions (example: Ford calls the computer a PCM - Honda calls it an ECM; Ford calls it a MIL; Honda call sit a CEL)
Best of luck with your car, may you both live long and prosper!! Welcome to an exclusive and friendly Band of Brothers (and sisters) - there are tons of info about this car available.

paul, he wasn't saying they call the computer a CEL.
He said Ford calls it (don't assume what he means by it) a MIL (malfunction indicator light), while Honda calls is a CEL (check engine light).

Thanks all, my ear to ear grin still hasn't left my face. In fact I couldn't sleep last night, I just had to drive it
It's pretty cool removing all the tape and plastic yourself, everything is still covered, even the doors.
Glenn, that's a nice list and I'm taking similar steps in keeping this car in tip top shape. Definately following some of your great oil advice
I already started a web log of everything I'm doing to it from day 1.
All I can say is this car is a work of art! and everything is so solidly built.
