I have just had a fantastic experience, and I feel I have to share.

I ordered a Voodoo knob (buy one if you haven't yet, we love it) and Silver on Yellow Rick's Badges.

I was so excited when the box arrived yesterday, just in time for the upcoming drive Sunday.

When I opened the box I stared at two perfect Silver on Red Rick's Badges.

Obviously upset I called and emailed Rick's.

James Mullins of Rick's called back within hours, and after several minutes we came up with the perfect remedy to a bad situation.

Two perfect Silver on Yellow Rick's Badges are now installed on "Sasha"

James overnighted the badges.

Needless to say I have enjoyed the experience with Rick's and would buy and recommend everyone to buy from them again, the product is great and the service beyond professional.

 

James is known for coming through in a pinch. It has always been a delight to do business with both James and Rick. Although I have never met him in person, he was one of the first owners I talked to (over the phone). Put me on the right track

Definately one of the old-fashioned "my word is my bond" type of business owners. I always get a warm feeling when my things come in the mail from them. I know everything comes with the 'as promised' guarantee or 'we'll fix it.' Period.
