Default Japan Version VS US Version

I was just wondering about the parts for our S here in the US -VS- Japan. I have cousins in Japan which can get me things in Japan and ship here to the US. Just wondering about the bolt on parts like header/exhaust/instake/kits/mugen top etc... If I have the part shipped here, just want to know if anyone know if I can just install it or I have to modify it? Thanks

Not sure, but I heard that Mr. Fusion JDM has a different fitting than the US version.

header=fits
exhaust=Fits but MY00-03 and MY04-05 are differant. Get one for the right year, or you will need to mod it.
instake=Most fit (ARC does not, they have a LHD version)
kits=Fits
mugen=Fits

There is a few items that don't fit, but basicly the car is the same platform, only the things that make it RHD vers LHD is the issue. So things like carpets and some things for under the hood (Battery and Brake master clyinder are swapped). But the bulk of the parts sold in the US come from Japan.
