Default Japanese ECUs

I have been trying for months to find the solution for bypassing the immobilizer for the S engines that go in the Ultralites (http://www.wcmultralite.com/).

There supposedly is a way to permanently bypass this but the deeper I dig the worse it gets. Many people profess to have the secret but say they aren't willing to share it.

SO . . . the next best thing would be Japanese ecus which don't have the immobilizer. Does anyone have a supplier that can supply these on a regular basis?

Kingmotorsports can supply the Mugen ECU, which doesn't have the immobilizer.
