I am thinking about ordering through this company. Does anyone have any experience good or bad with them?
Thanks!

I emailed them regarding a quote on their product but had no response from them. Maybe it was just me.

They're polite because they're Japanese. I haven't met a Japanese who's not polite. They take long because maybe only a few of them speak English and they wait for those ones to respond. Just MO.

Dealt with them when I had my MR2-S. I believe Graham (British accent) assisted me and he was fantastic. Sponsors first, and then these guys if you can't get what you need from the locals. Just my input.

i ordered a few small things from them, also sent a lot of e- mails asking availability too,
very quick and prompt.
they use express mail to send stuff tho, so shippings kinda pricy.
other then that, never had problem.

I received a quote back from them in about four days. Prices aren't bad, but the shipping can be rough on larger items.
