Default JDM AP1 Headlights for Free?

Hi guys, recently I was offered by a Japanese S owner that he would send me his extra set of JDM AP1 Headlights (he has 2 sets, the ones on his car and the garage set) if I send him my USDM AP1 Headlights. There is no way for me to get scammed cause he is going to send me his extra set, I put them on, then I send him my USDM lights. Should I pull the trigger? Anything I need to know about JDM AP1 lights? (My S is an 01) Thanks

That sounds like a good deal.

FWIW, JDM headlights angle to the left, where North American S2000 lights angle to the right side of the road. If that isn't an issue with you then I can't see any problems. I don't know how much of a difference that makes, but I thought you should know that.

I must be the only S2000 owner who likes the orange accents on our headlights.

Better check the shipping cost to Japan first. 2 headlights are a fairly big box.

If you can float the shipping I'd say do it. I love mine.

Is the beam cutoff reversed on JDM headlights? Meaning you would be blinding oncoming cars?
