Default JDM auto boutique Help

A couple of months ago I ordered some apparel from them but they didnt send all my shirts and a cap. They said that they would send the rest of the goods when they get stock. I've emailed them quite a few times and they not replyin to me anymore??!!!??
Anyone had the same experience?

I have ordered from them a couple of times with no problems. I did have an item in one of my orders end up being backordered for a month or so, but they were good about responding to my emails for updates.

Took them forever since something I ordered from them was on backorder. I really thought I got taken for my money. Over 3 months from time of order to getting the part.

I've ordered from them too with no problems. They always responded to my emails. I'd buy from them again. They even price matched for the parts I bought when I found them cheaper on ebay.
