i believe the JDM has a higher compression ratio (11.9:1) different rims (that are lighter too) and an overall lighter weight...i think this is right, not exactly 100%... and also come with the clear sidemarkers and clear headlight housings... 
and a lot of different color combinations...
EDM is the same as the USDM i think, except for the clear lights, automatic headlight levelers, headlight washers, and a tape deck...
