Default Jdm Headlights

This is probably a stupid question, but on the 00-03 s2k's can you just buy clear corners or do u have do buy the entire JDM Headlight Display?

Again i know this is a stupid questions, but i recently changed my decision from an m3 to a s2k and know a hell of a lot about european cars and not enough about import, yet.

-thanks in advance

Yes you can buy the diffusers from Ricks http://www.ricks2k.com/products/diffusers.php

But I'd suggest to get the real JDM ones. It'll save you time and effort if you can shell out the cash.

But if you want to paint the inners...you might as well just get the diffusers. Depends on your $$$ situation and what you want to do.

Actually, last I looked, Europe is still not part of the United States, and European cars are still "imported" into the US in the same way Japanese cars are "imported" into the US.
If all you want is the clear corners, you should get the European RHD version instead of the JDM ones. The reason is that in Japan, they drive on the left side of the road and therefore their headlights are aimed towards the left (US lights are aimed towards the right). If you use JDM lights on a car driven on the right (as we do here in the US), the light will blind on-coming traffic unless you also swap the baffles inside the lights (which requires you to open up the lights also, in which case, you might as well just buy the Rick clear corners and replace them yourself).

I bought my corners from ricks, and finally built up the nerve to do the process it took me and my cousin about 4 hrs to do. I couldn't afford to buy the real ones so I preffered this route, depends on cash. but ricks site has the instructions broken down.
