EDMs are available with chrome as well. I have them. EDMs are a bit more than JDMs though. But, they are correct for our cars.

 

I don't think there is any disagreements in the two sets of statements.

Rick's point: (with JDM headlights) "you have lamps that will blind all incoming drivers". This is TRUE!

4IG's point: "the headlamps can get damaged if they arent sealed correctly". This is TRUE!
4IG's point: "you can sell your stocks for like $350-400". This is TRUE!

So if all the points are TRUE, how can there be any disagreement? I don't think it has anything to do with what they sell, these are just TRUE statements. Anyone can decide for themselves what they do given all the disclosures here, but for me, I wouldn't want to be facing a JDM headlight driving in the USA. The LHD EDM versions would be better if you don't want to open up your lights to replace the diffusers.

 

Hmmm -- on any other color I'd go with the JDM or Euro headlights, but on black I think the amber adds just enough color to add to the looks.

Now, that said, the chrome housing for the HIDs is definitely da bomb

 

Black is the color that I would change the amber on the most!
