hey, AusS2000, if your car is RHD, why don't you just import the whole dash board with the nav hole cut out already, i heard in the forums the regular one is only about 350 usd, as for fitting, i think it's more apparent in the red interior pic that the top right half tapers out toward the driver's console, oh well, we'll see when we get the part, it's a long shot, but my friend has a plastic injection machine at his school, but probably not worth the trouble, also, from the pic that i posted it looks like there is a double din frame to hold the monitor, do you know if we can get that part too?

Cool, are you paying!

I am getting a dash replaced under warranty, so the plan is: Keep old dash, experiment with insert, then install in new dash.

That was a joke. See above.

With our exchange rate that is a shitload of money. So I'll experiment with the old dash and then when I get it right I'll cut into the new dash.

ok, so i got my navigation screen frame in, part# 77260-S2A-J010-MI, but IT'S NOT SYMMETRICAL, so it will only RHD cars, oh well, does anyone know which countries have the navigation system as an option? i heard Switzerland in a post a while ago, with LHD cars, also there isn't a lip around it, so the cut in the dash better be perfect, think i would rather just order a new dash with the hole precut, good luck AusS2000, let me know if you can finish the project

The plan is to have my dash replaced under warranty (already approved), but keep the old dash and experiment. If it doesn't work out I'll consider ordering the JDM dash with the Nav hole in it.

It won't fit. It is not symmetrical. It's shaped to match the RHD dash.
