Barry!! I don't think so, bud. Look at the radial spokes... Definitely directional (unless I'm just hung over badly, which appears to be likely 
).
I now remember that my '88 Prelude had wheels that had an "orientation," but were not directional, per-se. I think that's probably the same with these JDM wheels. There's no explicit labeling or problem with running them on the wrong side of the car, but there is an intended way for them to face (i.e., the hub should look like it's pulling/twisting the rim behind it when rolling in the forward direction).
