Road Rage quote: Congtrats...too bad you have to suffer with a soft, fat, cushy, Americanized car.
You know I am really sad I have to suffer with it as well. Apparently ALL of the Car magazines are full of crap in their reviews. This is just a sissified car. I guess I missed that part of every review.......I only recall- "this was a better car in every aspect." One english magazine said the old car pretty much "nothing" compared to the new one.

"Sissified" I say.

Not to mention that only 00-03 owners really know how to drive. I guess I'll be a sissified owner who doesn't know how to drive. I hope to someday know as much as some of the people on this web board. Thank God the car isn't going to be any faster as well....I guess I'll get used to being "schooled at the stoplights" from 00-03 owners.

I'm sure honda marketing had something to do with all of this as well. They also got involved in changing the machining process for the block, because they are concerned with block deformation you know(first rule of marketing as I recall).

For some reason Honda spent all of this money to make a slower, softer, less competent car. Which the auto community(and enthusiasts) will clearly laugh at.

I'll still be happy with my sub-standard car.....My God these people have some lil PP issues.

I bet it is faster and better in every way......Just ordered a mugen exhaust.

Just picked-up my '04 Silverstone with red/black interior today. Happy with the exterior changes, suspension and slight improvement in 3 to 6K rpm range torque, but sure miss the 9K limit. Question is, how will my '04 rank neck-to-neck with earlier models on the track, autocrossing and twisty hills? Does anyone have actual performance comparisons yet?
