just got my new S2k!
just got my new '07 NFR with ~45 miles it for $28,500, and the odometer is already up to 130, after owning the car a total of 3 hours. hmm.
as far as the cover goes, should i go with weathershield or NOAH? i'm thinking either one will do the job fine. i live in an apartment and want to cover it nightly or at least when there's bad weather + hail and stuff.
so happy i bought the car!

I heard a lot of good things about the weathershield. I was thinking of the Noah before but i read some negative comments about the noah. I just ordered the weathershield from jcwhitney.com last week and it will arrive in 2 weeks. They have an excellent price, especially combined with online coupons! Search for them. I got mine for $250 shipped
Congrats!! Sounds like you'll have a well used S over the next few years
Not good enough for your purpose, but the OEM dust cover is awesome. Definitely need something more durable for all-weather though.

Weathershield or Noah, both are great, and Covercraft patterns are the best.

Got a Covercraft NOAH with cable and lock and bag from one of the eBay sellers for 173 plus shipping (which was ACTUAL shipping, not some jacked-up charge).
I have had both NOAH and WeatherShield covers in the past. They are both among the best all-weather cover materials available. Here is the main difference that should help you decide: NOAH is a good bit bulkier than WeatherShield. The NOAH cover, when loosly rolled, takes up as much room as a good sized sleeping bag. You can roll it more tightly but its hard to do on the car, which is how you remove it. However the NOAH is also MUCH easier to handle in a breeze when putting it on the car or taking it off. It is also cheaper.
Neither is completely waterproof, by the way. No good cover is. The cover needs to breath so that condensation forming under the cover can evaporate. This also means that moisture can penetrate the cover in a heavy rain. Not a problem...the cover filters out most of the impurities that might harm your finish.

I have an OEM that I never use so I don't know how good it is. It came with the car. I never sold it because I figured that it may come in handy one day.
Anyway, congratulations on your new purchase.
First mod should be a supercharger! Yea for fast!
