Default Just got My Ricks knob and very very dissapointing

Hey guys let me tell the knob rocks but the engraving is horrible, OMG i could give my 5 year old bro the knob and a crayone and he'll do a hell of a better Job. I am very Disapointed but I know Rick will take care of it. I am shipping my Knob back ASAP for a full refund.

Sorry to hear that. I ordered the MUZ knob before Rick announced his and got it last week. I got the anodized version with S2000 and the shift pattern etched below it. The etching is thin, not noticeable outside the car unlike the titanium Honda shifter, but I like it. May want to take a look into this one.

thats odd, i dont have any problems getting in touch with Rick, he always PM's me back when i PM him. I ordered one of the first engraved knobs from Rick, it was professionally made and looks great. The only thing i had to do is to paint over the S2000 symbol again because the paint faded from use over time. But all in all i was very happy with Rick's product.

You know, I am so sick and tired of seeing threads like this!

As soon as something goes wrong, BAMN!!! Someone goes and posts something like this. Rick is a responsible businessman and someone who takes immense pride in his products. Let him know in PRIVATE and if, by chance, resolution is not resolved, then feel free to voice some concern.

But this silly little rant about the knob is plain insulting, IMO. It's like a shark attack when other folks start posting as well. . .everyone's hungry for a bite.

Give Rick a break! He is an enthusiast/owner who makes products for OUR benefit at very little markup. He is not a Motorsport/Tuner/Upholstery shop. He has a life and a full-time job... but makes cool stuff for us in his SPARE TIME.

PLUS, if you are ever lucky enough to get to meet him, you will find him to be a REALLY great guy.

You people and your obnoxious posts... Like everything is Rick's fault?

hey man, rick's products are great, and his customer service is excellent! Try giving it a week and resolve it with him before post these things up. He stands by his products, maybe he's just busy and couldn't reply to you right away. Relax man.

He might even be out of town; give the guy a break. He'll do his best to see you're satisfied.
