Just got a speeding ticket, ARG, need info

The basic speed law doesn't apply in California. It is one of those states that if you go 1 MPH over the speed limits your breaking the law and they can ticket you for it. Well I think that is what I remember from driver's ed anyway.

Traffic school is to keep points off of a California license. If you're in the military and your license is in some other state it might not make a difference.

Oh, good point, my license isn't in CA, I'll have look into that...thanks for the insight
