With all the labor that would be involved in repairing that trunklid, it seems to me that it would be cheaper for the insurer to just buy you a new lid instead...

Edit: The part itself is 68500-S2A-A90ZZ. It costs about $350.

i got rear ended by a ford suv with modified suspension.. raised suspension with the tires as big as my car

he hasnt been responding to my calls, his insurance calls, and my insurance calls for a month since the accident..
