Default Just ordered a hardtop from Jeff

The word "free" has been edited in the portion I copied from Jeff's post regarding prices. The storage rack and cover for "free" was a later promotion with the top priced at $2400/$2900. The original promotion of $2000/$2400 was extended so you had a choice. He only has a few left at these prices as his rep. had misquoted the end date for the promotion. For the complete story read through the thread. Sorry for the confusion.

News Flash... Jeff has extended these prices until October 31st.
Thanks again Jeff for the great deal!

I thought I had missed out on the last hardtop deal, but it turns out the offer is still good until Sept. 30.

2000.00 for all colors except sebring and suzuka
2400.00 for sebring and suzuka
2400.00 for all colors except sebring and suzuka and you get a free storage rack and storage cover.
2900.00 for sebring and suzuka with the storage rack and cover.
add 300.00 for freight
add 150.00 for installation at our store
add 450.00 for delivery and installation at your house within 10 hours from Cleveland, Ohio.
add 199.00 if you need kit-c
add 199.00 if you need kit-a
call 1-800-342-8158 if you have any questions or you are ready to order.
Ask for Jeff in parts.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with Jeff or Ganley Honda.

I realize you aren't the salesman, but do you have any idea why sebring and suzuka are more expensive? I'm just curious.

I have been curious about that myself. I am seriously considering getting a hardtop since I do plan on driving it this winter except on days when it snows. Out of curiosity, what is Kit C, Kit A, or the storage rack and cover? Does anyone have any inside pics of the hardtop? If September 30th is the last day to order, would I call that number below and ask for Jeff?

For the most accurate info. call Jeff in Service at (800-342-8158).

I may be off base, but my understanding is the "A" kits are required for some of the earliest of MY2000, while the "C" kits are required for the cars that have glass rear windows and are wired for rear defrosters. The in-between models don't need a kit. The MY2002 colors that are more expensive have the kit "C" changes already installed.

As for the storage rack and cover, they are Honda's solution for storing the top when off of the car. I've read of many ingenious ways, in the archives, that people on this list have dealt with their tops off the car. H and A, one of the list sponsers, has some other storage solutions in addition to Honda's.

Hope this helps,
Brad

I'm certainly on the fence whether or not the hardtop would be worth it to me. I don't drive my car in the winter, so it really would not provide very much of a functional benefit. I just love the way it makes the car look though. Can some of you who have the hardtop let me know if you think it's worth it, especially those in warm weather climates because I know you're not subject to the elements like we are here. Do you guys use it much? This deal for 2K is probably the best I'll be able to find, so it's either now or never. Let me know what you think. Whatever advice you have, I'll listen up. Thanks!!!

D$^M, I wish I had some extra cash around. That's a really good deal! Anyone want to rent a kid for a few moths so I can raise the dough?!

This price is pretty much just average IMO.

I can get it at my local dealer for $2500. After I pay freight here and the cost for "kit C" I am already at $2500.
