I agree - looks better with the tape (black). In fact why did Honda bother paint it body color?

With a color matched hardtop, the tape removed looks great... Otherwise leave the tape one

Or get a black HT. IMO, the car looks better with the tape.

Mine is still on - after two years I just found out there was paint under there. At least I knew about the secret compartment.

Spring spacers are put in the car when its new to help facilatate storage, they are plastic spacers put inbetween the coils of the springs on each corner (around the shocks). They are supposed to be removed by the dealer before being sold but so many report the dealer forgetting to take them out... so have a look at the shocks/springs and make sure there are no spacers there..
