ok guys, i am trying to help my friend understand that it is impossible to get 285 whp NA out of our cars. I am telling him he is lucky if he EVEN gets 230 whp off intake, headers, exhuast, n EMS. Can someone verify dthis for me so i can SEND HIM THIS LINK so he can read this page. Thanks.

I wouldn't say that is is "impossible," but you definately aren't going to do it with just I/H/E and an EMS.

You could probably get 285whp with a stroker kit, higher compression, some nasty cams, head work, I/H/E and EMS.

 

UL achieved that. Talk to him how he did it.

 

that is possible if you have a very, very big budget.

 

In the future, make your title a little more descriptive than "JUST READ...". You might get more views and replies this way because people will actually know what your thread is about.

 

285rwhp is doable in this car... it just takes work and money....
