So, I was finally able to stop by and check out the Laguna Blue 2006 S at my local dealer. I must say, that I was very impressed. I originally thought Laguna would be too intense of a color, but it is nice in person. Also, the wheels look good. Pictures do no justice for them, I originally thought they were ugly and looked like flowers.

As for the seats, I do like the feel of the new headrest. I cant help but think that Honda did this to improve headrest performance in a crash test. Despite liking the feel, I like the look of the original headrests. Also, the texture of the leather is interesting. It looks less elegant, but it looks more tough / durable.

The console is also interesting. The black slider is cool, but I think the stereo cover should have been made to match. Having the faux aluminum and black finish makes the console look unfinished. Kinda like the slider was accidentally not painted.

I did not drive the car, so no input on the DBW or VSC.

I saw a 2006 GPW and the wheels look A LOT nicer in person. In pics the wheels look horrible.

 

I loved the color when we saw it a few weeks ago.

 

I saw one at the dealership on the way home last night. It was calling out to me.......but I resisted pulling in and checking it out.

Wouldn't want to upset my Silverstone.

 

Yeah Laguna Blue is a hot color. This opinion is of course unbiase.

 

The wheels definitely look better in person, but still not a huge fan.

 

Our cars are like wives/girlfriends: they don't like us checking out either the competition or newer models.

 

yeah just like my wife & girlfriend...loves it when i bring over some competition for her to play with....

 

the 06 wheels are ugly! 06 owners sell them to me cheap!
