You won't believe this but I got in the mail a $255 ticket for driving a car with dangerous tires. I have to admit that I'm an aggressive driver but go figure out if my SO2 are finished. I don't do track and I have only 5000KM on my S2K. The real reason why I got the ticket: I was travelling at 240KM/H but that huh..idiot wasn't fast enough to gun me!

Sounds like you got off easy. I tell you, if a cop pulled me up at that kinda speed and offered me a light slap on the wrist like that I'd be thanking him.

Too right, is that Beaverbucks as well, it costs that to fill the tank in the UK!!

We would get Jail time if the Judge decided to make an example of us.

I don't know what the laws are in Canada, but if you still have the stock tires, you can contest the ticket and get it cleared because the ticket says it's the tires that are dangerous. If they're stock, they should have passed all the regulations already saying they aren't.

I just got a $295 ticket because I was doing 65 in a 45 work area. the state police person even saw the truck (moving faster then me) change lanes and slam on his brakes (he saw the cop), I did an emergency maneuver (came within 5 feet of hitting him) into the middle lane and speed up to pass him because my exit was in a half mile. You better dam well believe I will fight this bastard.

The Spa Yellow is so bright that the cops can't even see other cars!
