Just wondering what type of driver an S2000 owners
Just wondering what type of person, age, career & driving habits an S2000 owners.
As a member of a Lotus Esprit forum. Majority of the owners are older between 35 to 65, conservatives, done lots of road racing, average mechanical aptitude, boring, love to cruise in bunch (I guess scared to get stuck), love wine tasting (which is ga*), bookist, diff sorts of career, 90 % married. Type of guy who will tell you "don't touch" (not me by the way).
Our website is the most basic website you will ever see. No special fonts, no lol icons, no avatar, no handle, no cars, swastika, naked girls, caricatures or turbo pictures. Majority wants a simple site. Older people don't fight. We don't have much poking eyes in the forum......sometimes really boring!
Real name must be shown in the thread.
S2000 sites are the most fancies site around. Ours is not even close. Like a black and white movies.

I enjoy wrenching on my own car (when I have the tools and capability).
I consider myself to be a safe driver, but one that enjoys the occasional bout of speed and spirited driving (within reasonable bounds).
I plan to get into auto-x and HPDEs. I frown on street racing.
I hope I'm not boring.
There used to be a pretty good thread in 'S2000 Talk' highlighting owner age/profession.

your asking a question that wont get a straight answer. i've see so many different types of s drivers, from young punks to 50+ year old guys. i'm 23, married, super hornet mechanic in the navy. this can turn into a pretty huge thread if everyone replies, who they are, what they do, etc.
I'm 47 married with three kids and have loved cars all my life. I've raced Honda's/Acura's in my past but now enjoy occaisional rides in my S2000. I'm currently the Sales Manager for T&T Honda in Calgary.
I am 20 yrs old, work as a Fork lift opperator at Fedex, drive slow and safe on the street, drive spiritedly on closed venues only, seen way to many serious accidents to risk anything on the street though. I mostly drive a chevy truck unless it is sunny or i feel like going on a nice weekend drive with the girlfriend.
Maried, 25, Male, Financial Planner/Tax Planner, and Most inportanly car and motorcycle nut. Its my bikes fault I bought the S2000. I was getting an Oil change on my VTX 1800 and took the S2000 for a test drive, the rest is history as they say.
