Default K&N FIPK

Would there be any reason I should have a problem installing a K&N FIPK cold air intake in my '04 s2000? Just asking since I am buying from someone with a 2003 2.0L f20c and wondering if there would be any difference in the intake for the 2.2L f22c.
May be a noob question, sorry .

IIRC, the only difference is with the DBW cars.

Elistan is correct. I took my K&N FIPK off of my 2002 AP1 and put it on my 2006 AP2 and there were 2 changes.

1) The 2006+ come with an air sensor.
2) The 2006+ do not have a connection on the outside bend of the K&N pipe. Hard to show without pictures. There's a tube that runs down into the fender-well on the 2000-2005 but it's gone on the 2006+

I stuck the air sensor in that spot with a rubber grommet and called it a day.

It's the exact same part#, the AP2V2 needs a couple of extra pieces and needs to be modified slightly.
