Default K-Pro for S2000

I wanted to get the K-Pro for the S2000, since my S is MY05, do I have to replace anything like Crank wheel, TDC sensor, Drain plug washer, ect....????

Before I get the K-pro, I wanted to get the Toda racing header for around $1100...

Does anyone know how many HP it will gain with: ( Over Stock )

Fujita Cold Air Intake
Toda Race Header
K-Pro

For the one who has the K-Pro already, do u guys like it?? Do u guys recommend me to get it?? Is it a good mod??

Thanks

Why would we need a new valve cover?

Just for the pcv?

The 06 Valve cover has a single hole for the new (hall effect) type sensor. The 00-05 covers have two holes, one for each induction type sensor.
