By chance, does your car have an aftermarket air intake? I've heard they can cause the car to do this sometimes because of heat soak quicker than a stock airbox. My car was doing some of this when the map sensor was causing problems.

It's completely stock, I was having some trouble adjusting to the clutch but now i'm getting much better and feeling more comfortable driving it.

I should clarify, my reference to taking off with no throttle is intended as a method of training yourself to have a better feel for the engagement point and general clutch control, not as a normal driving technique.

No i understand. However i generally only use this technique in super heavy traffic where i dont want to burn the clutch with excessive throttle when only going 2 mph.

With all due respect, I think you might be getting out ahead of your skis with this. I don't think there is enough information here to reach that conclusion.

Have you ever driven the actual car in this discussion? No? Didn't think so........

Since you like being a keyboard mechanic so much without actually checking out the car, here's another one for you. My car makes a rattle intermittently here, where is it coming from? I'll give you a hint, it's coming from the car.
