Got my Sebrings, and they look great! I do have a bit of a groove in the middle, and I run it horizontal rather thtan vertical like the Spa above. It flows a bit better to me.

As for aerodynamics, any benefit is offset by the added weight.

Thanks for a great addition, Fast99. They're worth the $20 to keep me from doing them myself for sure.

S2k Dude I not really sure what you were expecting for $25 but as for the color match, its a 3 stage paint which makes it one of the hardest color to match on the s2000 and if you look closely at your car you will see that from the factory the car is different colors (bumpers don't match the doors etc.) This is because of the bumpers not being painted with the cars and also metal and plastic have a different effect when painted! Now the other problem is the amount of paint, these items are very small and yet we have to but a 3 stage paint on these. This is NOT easy because if you but to much on then they will chip and/or will not fit. You know even if you buy a painted item from honda it still will not be a perfect match. If your not happy send them back you will resive a full refund. I'm not trying to screw anyone here, this is something I though was great, cheap and adds just little touch to our cars.
Thanks for the reply and the personal follow up on the phone. I understand what your saying, but if the plug was designed right in the first place there would be no sink mark after it was painted.

Yes, for $20 they are relatively inexpensive but I was hoping for a bit better looking part than that. In the end I can't say I'm unhappy enough to return them even though the offer was made for a full refund.

Doc, thanks for posting pictures, I haven't had any time to do that. Mine pretty much look the same as yours.

I sent money Oct 9. Have not gotten even a confirmation email or tracking number, let alone the "5 day fed ex shipping" that it was supposed to cover.

Any ideas?

Got a set this week for my '01 Silverstone and they look great! As far as I can tell, the color match is dead on.

They add a very nice touch and are well worth the investment.

Ordered mine on the 21st!!! Can't wait to see them on the car and in person. Black should be nice and subtle.

Any word on shipping date? Thanks!

I got mine for an '02 Silverstone. They seem a little dark compared to the surrounding paint, but still look better than the keyholes.

I'm such a moron... I watched folks snapping these up for $20 a set at FC '04 and scratched my head at the thought of spending $20 for three little bitty plastic pieces. And yes, there were some instances of s-l-i-g-h-t paint mis-match. So I hemmed and hawwed... At one point I even pulled $20 out of my wallet and walked towards the folks selling them...but ~ 30 yds away, I turned around again folding my crisp Jefferson back in my billfold.

Then Sunday at BeaveRun race track I saw a Spa with them in their doors and trunk. It looked soooooooo good! I looked at The Bruised Banana and thought about my concerns over the slight mismatch in paint color...and then looked at the dirt in my keyholes ...which was *really* worse? But alas, it was too late . I did not see the folks at the track that had been selling them. So I headed back to Richmond with dirty keyholes .

Still thinking about them ...but now I know I'll have to add shipping costs to those lil' suckers & I'm all tight- ed all over again about the money .

Seriously tho'...these lil' buggers really did look nice on every car I saw them on. Great little mod to finish off the cosmetic beauty of the S2000.
