the fob is programmed correctly, and i can hear the locks click (also dash flash) but they physically don't engage or disengage, sounds pretty weak. is this something i'm gonna have to take over to dealership to fix?

also, i would like to have a spare fob and key but rather not pay $200 at the dealer for one. could i just order an oem key from amazon and have the dealership cut it plus program the immobilizer chip?
are these the right ones?
