Can we get some sort of poll on this?
Or would it even be worth it? From my experience people are who they are, and most likely will not change.

But could it provide others insight into what to expect or maybe persuade them to shop elsewhere?

If so, what should we include in the poll?
To participate should you have made a purchase?
Maybe include item purchased
Sattiisfied or Dissatisfied
Would purchase from again
Would not purchase from again

How about returns?

Any ideas?

When buying the products they sell for the price they ask, the buying experience should be pleasurable and enjoyable.

I've bought four times, had one error when the wrong air filter was shipped, mailed it back got the right one sent immediately.

The only issue I had was regarding an exhaust which was cheaper elsewhere, wasn't looking for a match, just a small discount to bring them closer. I thought I'd give them a shot since they were OK up till then. No response, just stoney silence.

Par for the course I guess.

I bought a few small things from King before and attended their first annual BBQ this past summer. The guys are pretty cool there. I spend most of my day around Rob (2nd or 3rd person from the top) and he was extremely cool to hang out with. If they act like they know what they are talking about, it's because more than likely they do know what they are talking about and have the experience.

But one negative thing I have to say is that their shipping rates are kind of high... As well, they don't have much flex in price when it comes to Mugen parts...
