Default knob behind steering wheel?

The car didn't come with an owners manual. What is the knob on the right side of the dash behind the steering wheel? Thanks

That's the lock/unlock for the secret compartment.

That would be the ejector seat button. I would stay away from that... especially if you have a hard top.

But in all seriousness, are you talking about the rear defroster button?

hmm i will try to get a pic up it looks like an external bass knob or something. The previous owner may of had something hooked up to it. Maybe that will help.

On 2002-2003 cars, this is the location of the rear window defrost button. On 2000-2001 cars this location was a blanked off panel (provision for the defrost button if a hard top was added). Your previous owner must have installed something there.

Ahh that would make sense. The honda dealer here said there is a bunch of wires under the dash. I have a feeling he disconnected everything, put back in the stock system but left the wires for me. How nice . I still need to get the VAFC set or just removed because it is causing a check engine light. The car runs great but it is tripping the light. Any advice on what to set the VAFC to?
