Default Lambourghini Doors

does anyone know how much and where could i find a place in houston that can modify the s2000 doors to the lambourghini styled (opens upwards) doors?.

it'll defeinetly be my first mod if it costs under 1500 for both doors

i saw it on a yellow S2000 in the super street magazine, it looked pretty cool. my friend has it on his celica...if u wanna see a pic, let me know. he said he paid over $2000 for everything. and it is alot of work. my friend just got them on his 350Z but i heard it scrapes the fenders when the door first opens out. anyway, good luck

There's a guy in Chicago that's done it to his S2000 showcar. It seems to me the cost was much higher than $1500. His name is Larry Chachko and he owns a great body shop called Body Werks. His work is not cheap but it's damned good. You can contact Larry's E-Mail address: larry@bodywerksauto.com

Do a search on Lamborghini (spelled correctly) or Lambo doors.

They are also called "Scissor doors" or even "vertical doors", and you can find the instructions for sale on Ebay sometimes.

I'd think that the conversion would cost more than $1500 if you want it done right. If you want a shop in Houston, check out houston imports. I think a couple people have recommended a couple places around town for it.

I watched my brother-in-law and my friends do it to a car (not an s2k), but the kit was universal. It only took a few nights. I helped out a little bit...I mainly supervised though

The hardware itself was the only costly part. Everything else was done on their own. Looks badass and came out great.
