Default Last batch of 02 production?

When will 02 production for S2k end?
I like white/red but I was hoping that Monte Carlo Blue will
come for 03... but it turns out that not only Monte Carlo Blue is
still not available.. they took away white/red and replaced it
with white/tan?????!!!!!!!! And then two silvers???

American Honda are running by bunch of idiots...

No one knows for sure yet the colors available... I won't trust any of these "rock solid sources." As for the end of production, I believe I got one of the last MY2000's I have like number 9100. I got it on Sept 9 of 2000. So probably made a few weeks before that. So they'll be cranking out the 02's for at least a couple more months I would think.

JT-KGY, I would order now if you'll gonna do it. The White/Red combo is the least produced variant of the S2000. In fact, my dealer did a nationwide dealer locate and only found a handful, none on the eastern seabroad. I'm waiting for mine, it has a May 31 build date.

My local dealer (Jack Key Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Honda--some assortment!) has had a white/red sitting in his show room since at least March when I was in for a Dodge recall. Sticker price is MSRP, and it had 28 miles on it. We didn't bother dealing, cause I wanted blue--which he couldn't get. Grab a Southwest flight to El Paso, take the Alamo Shuttle to Alamogordo, and I'll bet the dealer will come pick you up (or give me a call.) Get their phone number (www.jackkey.com) Or you can wait... ...like me

We still didn't know for sure that the MY2002 had a glass window until the cars hit the West Coast. That is how sure the information is that gets leaked out from AHM. Believe what you want to believe, but don't take it to the bank until it's here. I got one of the last MY2001's made and I picked mine up on September 25th, 2001. I didn't know what the colors were going to be for 2002 and I waited until the LAST minute to get a 2001 in order to make sure that I got the color that I wanted. I also didn't want the very small glass back window.

Good luck,
Bob

I can understand the skepticism, however keep in mind that the glass rear window was information leaked by word of mouth. The color charts are printed information, and are official from American Honda.

I also believe that should be the 03 color... word of month is one
thing.. but a scan?...
Unless it's not from AHM but for other Honda market.. or photoshoped..
but I doubt it.

Anyways... I wanted white+red which I think it's a very classic sports
car combination... white+tan has too much luxury in it... feels old...
So I'm not buying anymore.. waiting for 04 or not at all.

It's funny how some dealers say one thing and others something else. I was told suzuka blue is the least produced color for '02 and that was AFTER I bought it, not before. Anyone have any REAL #'s? I like the white/red combo but had trouble finding it as well (east coast). I think there was seven when I checked.
