Default laying on the hood?

I always wondered if laying on the hood of your s2k would damage it? It just seems like a perfect spot to lay after a get away drive. I weigh 143lbs!!

I think you should try it and tell us how that works out for you. Especially do that when it's sunny and you've been driving really hard and things are all nice and warmed up.

(disclaimer: NO do not do this. I'm joking. No do NOT lay on your hood. Yes, it will damage it. You may even burn yourself too if you do what I suggested.)

The hood is flimsy. It blends so easily. I think if you bend it too far it will stay that way.

Haha!Jeez, apparently no one thought it would be a comfortable place to lay. Our seats don't fold down; next flattest thing is the hood, than the ground. I would rather choose the hood. Guess not...

I've occasionally felt the hood flex while buffing it or wiping off wax. It won't fare well to someone putting their body weight on it.

OP- In case you didn't know, our hoods are aluminum. They don't have the rebound that a normal steel hood would have. Definitely not a good idea to go sunbathing on one.

True story. I cringe even when I see fine ass models in magazines or at shows sitting or laying on it
