Default LBP Price

What's a reasonable price on an '06 LBP with roughly 30K in excellent condition? Are prices slightly inflated on LBP's due to the "rare" color?

Thanks

I suppose in "better" times you could use the color to an advantage, but I don't really know now. Your question also depends on what area of the country you're in. 30K isn't much but it's not exactly low for a 2006 S. I would say somewhere over $20,000 for it, but not much. Anything over $25,000 is too much. GL

Atleast around here an 06 LBP is no more rare than an 06 GPW. I paid 20,700 in October for a 06 GPW w/19k on the odometer, the market was a bit better then. I would shoot for 19K and pay no more than 21K.

i've seen 06 s2k's, even the LBP's go for like 19k-22k. i would try to get it for like 19-20k depending how nice it is.

Thanks for the input guys, I'm located in the pacific northwest I'm shooting for the teens, was just wondering how much the color had an effect on the price.

I wish I could find a GPW/black/red but literally cannot find anything here. The decision is most likely going to be between the LBP/black or Silverstone.

I recently paid $20.5 for a 2006 LBP with 17,000 miles from a Honda dealer in the Bay Area, CA (roughly $2500 off asking). With nearly double the miles, I'd expect you should be able to knock a couple grand off my price pretty easily.

Go with LBP, for sure. I wasn't sold on the color until I saw the car in person. I always liked the Suzuka Blues, but LBP looks even better.

Go for the Laguna Blue, everyone knows Silverstone is the slowest color

One of the guys from our group just traded in a Laguna for his CR.

I purchased an '06 LBP S2k a few months back with 24k miles for 17.5k. Check blue book, car max value and use your judgment based on the condition of the car. The seller of my S2k took great care of it and was very nice on giving me the below car max value so I made it really easy on him as well when purchasing the car, everything was smooth and fast. GL, I love LBP.
