Default Lease residuals

my residual is 42% 4 years from now, about $16K to buy it out. As a low use vehicle, I think it will be very favorable to buy it out then. A CR with < 35K miles in 4 years for $16K, sounds like a good deal to me, like buying an econo sports car then.

Leasing and then buying is a good thing. You can see if the car has any defects or if the dealer's service dept screws it up, you can just turn it back in. Wait a minute! Service departments would never mess up an S, or would they?
