This is my second post, I really enjoy all the valuable info. Just a quick question what is leather on the interior of a 2002 s2000 I know the seats are. I wasn't sure if this was the section I should post this. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

everything except carpet. door panel, seat, around console.u know the list

 

As I understand it, the seat is partially leather. Only the perfporated part is leather and the rest is vinyl. Pre04 the shift boot is vinyl. my04+ they changed it to leather. The door panels are all vinyl along iwth the center console arm rest.

Sorry to dissapoint, but I've taken just about every panel off and seen the bad news for myself. But hey, atleast its a good quality vinyl right?

Nope.

The seats are all leather except the backs which are vinyl. The center portion of the door panels (the perferated part), steering wheel, center console arm rest, and e-brake handle are all leather.

You're right about the shift boot though...

 

 

oooh ok, thanks. That's all the stuff that I thought was leather and that's what I've been cleaning/conditioning all this time. I didn't think the shift boot was leather either, it didn't seem "right". Thanks.

 

E-Brake handle? That is molded plastic, not leather.
