so, just take off the pull as i suggested...
(after the visor is installed)
how often will you be using the zipper once installed?
never!
and if you have to unzip, you use pliers.

I would be happy to stitch the visor on, much like a steering wheel cover. But if the zipper has been found to work well, I'll take that just fine.

We're working on other color choices now -- red, blue , and yellow. Prototypes have been made and are on the way to James Mullins.

We will be offering these new visors starting almost immediately. Please keep in mind that these are rough prototypes used for fitting and design. Spa yellow will also be available.
