leaving for Tokyo
dang, shoulda planned a little better. i'll be leaving in 12 hours for a trip to Tokyo.
I lived in Tokyo for a year but that was 15 years ago and before I became a bike/car freak. I remember going through Ueno and seeing all kinds of stuff for sale (skateboards were all I was interested in back then) and I thought they had car part shops too but now I'm not too sure.
Can anyone give me some advice? anyone need anything? no promises...

Unfortunately, I don't know about where to find aftermarket shops...
I spent three weeks working in Japan last month (two in Tokyo). A great new place to visit is Roppongi Hills "mall"; its only been open for three years. Really cool architecture & city views; it's also a great place to girl/car watch (lots of high end BMWs, Ferraris, Porsche).
All that time in Japan and I only saw 2 S2Ks in the Roppongi night club district by Hard Rock Cafe. (Roppongi Hills is about three blocks from Roppongi Crossing).
Have Fun!
