Default A Lesson On Karma

Felt the need to share this with all of you.

I was cruising down the freeway on my way to class this morning at about 80 in the fast lane when a lifted Jeep flies around me. As the Jeep coming along side me I look over to see a some older white trash flipping me off and yelling at me. I have no idea what he is so upset about as I have just been cruising. Two seconds later he cuts me and brake checks me hard, this now gets me pissed off and I proceed to give him the middle finger back. I then follow behind him at my previous speed of 80 for the next mile or two until I get to the exit I am looking for. Guess who also was getting off at that exit? As soon as we are off the freeway the guy stops and jumps out of his car heading towards me. He starts cussing me out telling me how is going to beat me up. I tell him I have no idea what he is so pissed about and tell him to just go back to his vehicle. He berates me with even more curses before heading back to his Jeep. As he gets to his car and tries to open the door, he finds its locked. He then turns and heads to the passenger door, also locked. All the while I am sitting there grinning. At that point you can see that he feels really stupid and waves to go around him and pass.

Moral of the story, if you are going to get out of your car to yell at someone make sure you do two things. First turn off you car, and second make sure you doors aren't locked.

As I drove away I couldn't help think that all because of this stupid guys temper his car is just sitting there idling for who knows how long until he can get a tow or a spare key...

End in the end karma wins.

What an idiot. He's lucky he didn't harass someone who was armed and ready.

Reminds me of that old video of the guy in the BMW and the 'rednecks' in the truck. Funny conclusion too...

To really rub it in, you should have offered to drive him where he needed to go. His face would probably still be red now...

So were you actually passing cars in the fast(passing/overtaking) lane or holding up cars behind you?

Excellent story! Kinda gives you a warm, fuzzy feeling doesn't it?

I have a car/Karma story as well but it doen't involve my S2000. My grandmother, my mother, my wife and I were riding home from a family gathering last year. We were traveling down a narrow, winding secondary road. It is a hilly road with no shoulder in alot of places. There are no areas that are safe to pass for miles. As we were going along, a Chevy 4x4 comes flying up behind us. Its noisy as hell (straight pipes), at least 8 inchs of lift, and huge tires. He couldn't pass so he kept running up real close to the back of the car like he was gonna push us faster. My mother, who was driving, is naturally freaking out bad and the rest of us are nervous as hell. They finally passed us going around a blind curve. As they went by, the passenger was hanging out the window yelling sh*t (couldn't hear him cause the truck was so loud) and threw a empty can (this missed the car luckily). We got their licence number as they were hauling ass away. We were trying to decide which police agency to call about this but as we topped a hill a little further down the road, a set of flashing blue lights in the distance let us know the problem had been taken care of for us. A state trooper was in the right place, at the right time. We all smiled and waved as we passed by.

Of course not, we were passing by everyone. If I was going 65 in the fast lane with line of people behind me I would have moved over. Not the case here though. He passed me and then proceeded to go the same speed as me anyways. I even asked him what he thought I did and he just called me a little b***h. I still have no idea what I did to piss him off so bad. Sad thing was is the guy was wearing a work uniform, probably ended up being late to work...

This is me. I would be standing outside my car with my hand on my hip ready to draw saying to the person "I fear for my life".
